Order Processing Time

Must orders will be shipping out 2-3 weeks after payment is received. This is due to the fact all items are custom made to your liking and are made after the order is placed and the payment is received.

If you need a order rushed, please contact me and we will see what we can do.

Payment by Money Order

If you are paying for your purchase with money order, please send payment to:

Shipping Rates

Shipping is $9.95 per order to anywhere inside the continental USA. We offer free shipping for orders of more than $100.00. Sorry at this time we can't ship items outside of the US.

Local Pickup

If you live in the southeast side of Grand Rapids area and would like to pick up your purchase please let me know and we can arrange for a pickup. We are located 10 miles east of M-37 and 100th St. in Caledonia.

Returns

We're sure you're going to love your new purchase. However, on the offhand chance you would like to return it, we do have a policy in place for that.
Returns will be accepted on items provided the following two conditions have been met:
1. The item has not been personalized.
2. The item is in the same condition it was when it arrived.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
